The studio is a safe and comfortable environment to relax and shut off from the outside world. Turn your phone off & give yourself the downtime you deserve.

We work by appointment only, so secure your spot online as walk-ins are not available.

Please arrive on time- not more than 5-10 minutes in advance as we may still be finishing up with the treatment before yours. We run on time, so if you arrive late for your treatment, unfortunately it will need to be shortened as to not take away time from the next client.

We are a small boutique massage studio and have no separate waiting area, therefore please bring only yourself to your appointments.

terms & conditions + cancellation policy

By booking a treatment at SOLSTICE, you agree to our cancellation policy.

We require minimum 24 hours for changes and cancellations to appointments, otherwise the full treatment cost will be charged.

This is regardless of the reason, as any last minute cancellation affects the studio in the same way and directly impacts the income of our small business. Appointments are extremely tough to fill day of, and holding an appointment prevents other clients on our waiting list from booking in.

You have full freedom to change your appointment as many times as you need before 24 hours, and can do this using the link in your confirmation email.

After the 24 hour window initiates, if you are unable to make it- you are very welcome to send a friend or a partner, or gift the massage spot to someone else. Someone will need to fill your place in the spot you reserved- otherwise the full treatment cost will be owed and settled up with a payment link.
